AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 1 WITH T&L ENTERPRISES, INCORPORATED\n(COMMUNITY SERVICES)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve Agreement Amendment No. 1 with T&L Enterprises, Inc. for vending\nmachine provision and operations; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or City Manager’s Designee, to execute any future\namendments to the Agreement with T&L Enterprises, Inc.; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
