FIRE STATION APPARATUS BAY DOORS REPLACEMENT – FINAL PAYMENT\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Final Payment to GMAT, Inc. dba: Inland Overhead Door Co. of\nColton, California for $27,620.00 (Less 5% Retention); and\n2) Approve the final contract amount with GMAT, Inc. dba: Inland Overhead Door\nCo. in the amount of $234,400.00, including the aggregate change order amount\nof $25,400.00; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
