22. AUTHORIZING ISSUING ANNUAL BLANKET PURCHASE ORDERS TO ZUMAR\nINDUSTRIES, INC. AND PACIFIC PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, LLC, FOR\nTRAFFIC AND STREET SIGNS, RELATED ITEMS (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorizing awarding an annual blanket purchase orders to Zumar Industries, Inc.\n(Zumar) in the not-to-exceed amount of $50,000 per fiscal year for three (3) years;\nand\n2) Authorizing awarding an annual blanket purchase orders to Pacific Products and\nServices, LLC (Pacific) in the not-to-exceed amount of $50,000 per fiscal year for\nthree (3) years; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to take any further necessary actions regarding this\nmatter.
