29. APPROVE AN APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND AWARD PROFESSIONAL\nGRANT CONSULTING SERVICES TO STEARNS, CONRAD & SCHMIDT\nCONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. (SCS ENGINEERS)\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve an appropriation adjustment to recognize the $350,000 Equitable\nCommunity Revitalization Grant (ECRG) from the Department of Toxic\nSubstance Control (DTSC).\n2) Award a contract to SCS Engineers for professional grant consulting services for\nthe ECRG Round 2 Cleanup Workplan Assistance (CWA); and\nAugust 22, 2024: City Council Meeting Page 11 of 11\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
