33. RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED COMPREHENSIVE MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH THE ALHAMBRA POLICE DISPATCHERS’\nASSOCIATION (APDA) – F2M24-2, C2M21-51, R2M24-41, M2M24-163\nOn July 22, 2024, the City Council approved a Comprehensive MOU between the City\nand APDA and a Side Letter Agreement between the same parties. Since the\ncompensation and benefit enhancements have been approved, it is appropriate to\nincorporate and consolidate the terms of these enhancements into an updated and revised\nComprehensive Memorandum of Understanding.\nRecommended Action: City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt Resolution\nNo. R2M24-41 entitled: A Resolution of the Alhambra City Council approving a Revised\nComprehensive Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Alhambra and the\nAlhambra Police Dispatchers’ Association; and, direct staff to undertake the steps\nnecessary to finalize Council’s action.
