18. AWARD CONTRACT: BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nSOFTWARE – F2M24-17, C2M24-52, M2M24-147\nThe City’s budget software serves as the primary software platform used for the City’s\noperating budget. The budget software is licensed to the City from IGM Technology Corp.\n(IGM) and requires an annual subscription. IGM is the sole provider of software licenses,\nuser support, and software updates. No other vendor can provide all the elements needed\nfor support services and software upgrades. IGM is proposing to offer their services at\n$33,670 for FY 2024-25, $35,306 for FY 2025-26 and $37,024 for FY 2026-27. Staff\nrecommends awarding a contract to IGM for a total not-to-exceed amount of $106,000\nover three fiscal years pursuant to Alhambra Municipal Code Section 3.36.080(B)(2) –\nsole source.\nRecommended Action: City Council award a three-year contract, subject to final\nlanguage approval by the City Manager and City Attorney, to IGM Technology Corp. in the\namount not to exceed $106,000 for budget software and support services; direct staff to\nundertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action; and, authorize the City\nManager to execute the annual support agreements.
