F. Consideration to adopt Proposed Resolution Numbers (next in order)\ndeclaring intent to make changes with respect to Improvement Area No. 2\nof Community Facilities District No. 2022-4 (Park West) of the City of\nPerris and approving and ordering the execution of that certain deposit and\nreimbursement agreement with PW Land Investments, L.P. and making\ncertain findings and determinations in connection therewith. Improvement\nArea No. 2 is located south of Nuevo Road and to the east and west of\nEvans Road. The Proposed Resolution Numbers (next in order) are entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF CONSIDERATION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF PERRIS, ACTING AS THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF\nCOMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2022-4 (PARK WEST) OF\nTHE CITY OF PERRIS AND DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO MAKE\nCHANGES WITH RESPECT TO IMPROVEMENT AREA NO. 2 OF\nSAID DISTRICT
