5) Approve and authorize the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Inland Foundation Engineering, Inc. for Geotechnical Services\nfor the City Hall Project (Project #Z20006)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Inland\nFoundation Engineering, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 for Geotechnical\nServices for the City Hall Project in such final form as approved by the City Attorney\nand authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not exceeding a 10%\ncontingency of $5,000.00.
