Introduce Ordinance 1310, Approving Municipal Code Text Amendment 24­06 to Amend\nChapter 8.40 Camping and Storage on Private and Public Property to be Aligned with Recent\nCourt Decisions and Consistent with the Governor’s Executive Order N­1­24, Along with\nAssociated Clean Up Items, and Determination of Exemption from CEQA under CEQA\nGuidelines 15061(b)(3).\nRECOMMENDATION: City staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Read by title and introduce Ordinance 1310 (Attachment 1) approving Municipal Code\nText Amendment 24­06 to amend Chapter 8.40 Camping and Storage on Private and\nPublic Property to be aligned with recent court decisions and consistent with the\nGovernor’s Executive Order N­1­24, along with associated clean up items, and\ndetermine the Ordinance is exempt from CEQA under CEQA Guidelines 15061(b)(3).
