AWARD OF SPANE PARK FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS (CITY PROJECT NO.\nCONTRACT 9358)\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate an additional $52,000 from\nthe Capital Project Fund utilizing General Funds; and 2) Award the\ncontract for the Spane Park Facility Improvements (City Project No.\n9358) to Estate Design and Construction, Inc., Los Angeles, CA in\nthe amount of $318,792, and authorize the Mayor or her designee\nto execute the agreement.
