5. APPROVAL AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH MICHAEL\nBAKER INTERNATIONAL FOR LANDSCAPE DESIGN SERVICES\nFOR MEDIAN ENHANCEMENTS (CITY PROJECT NO. 9435)\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate $15,000 from Measure R\nFunds for landscape design services; and 2) Approve Amendment\nNo. 3 to the agreement with Michael Baker International for\nlandscape design services to include the preparation of construction\ndrawings, specifications, and bid support for the construction for\nmedian enhancements on Rosecrans Avenue (City Project No.\n9435) in the amount of $14,880 and authorize the Mayor or her\ndesignee to execute the agreement.
