9. ADOPT RESOLUTION 24-67 TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SAFE CLEAN\nWATER MUNICIPAL FUNDS TRANSFER AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL\nDISTRICT\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution 24-67 authorizing the City Manager to execute the Safe Clean Water Municipal Funds\nTransfer Agreement with Los Angeles County Flood Control District; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
