Appropriate $3,500 from Traffic Safety (Fund 05) Reserves to Contractual\nServices (05-8200-6227; and\n3. Appropriate $18,640 from CDBG (Fund 12) Reserves to Contractual\nServices (12-5218-6227); and\n4. Appropriate $50 from OPEB (Fund 51) Reserves to Health and Life\nInsurance (51-4200-5105).
