8H. Acceptance of the following Projects: Citywide Streetlight Conversion (CS17H)\nProject, and Citywide All-Way Stop Control (AWSC) Intersection and Striping\nImprovements Project (CS02F). Environmental Considerations: The actions\nbeing considered by the City Council are exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) because they are not "projects" under\nSection 15378(b)(5) of CEQA Guidelines. The actions involve an\norganizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in the\ndirect or indirect physical change in the environment. Contact Person:\nEngineer II Barr\nRecommended Action: 1) Authorize the filing of the Notices of Completion for\nthe subject projects; 2) Authorize the release of the payment bonds for the\nsubject projects in full upon the recording of the Notices of Completion; 3)\nAuthorize the release of the performance bonds for the subject projects in full\nupon the recording of the Notices of Completion; 4) Authorize the release of\nmaintenance bonds for the subject projects in full, one (1) year after the\nrecording of the Notices of Completion; 5) Adopt City Council Resolution No.\n2024-92, titled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Encinitas,\nCalifornia, Accepting the Public Improvements for the Citywide Streetlight\nConversion Project (CS17H)"; and 6) Adopt City Council Resolution No. 2024-\n93, titled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Encinitas, California,\nAccepting the Public Improvements for the Citywide All-Way Stop Control\n(AWSC) Intersection and Striping Improvements Project (CS02F)."\n2024-08-28 Item 08H NOCs for Streetlight Conversion (CS17H) & Misc.\nCUPCCAA Projects
