Authorize a three-year agreement with Samsara for hardware and services to\nimplement a vehicle telematics management system for a cumulative amount\nof $66,747.57; and\n2. Authorize the City Administrator to approve any agreement term extensions\nbased on performance and amendments up to 10% of the agreement amount;\nand\n3. Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee to issue a purchase order\nto Samsara and execute all necessary documents, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.
