Accept the bids and award a construction contract to Big Ben Inc. for Project No. 24034,\nthe Mount Baldy Circle and Euclid Street Water Line Replacement Project, in the amount not-\nto-exceed $796,260;\n2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the PSOMAS On-Call contract for Construction\nManagement, Inspection and Material testing Services in the amount not-to-exceed $23,091;\n3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order for PSOMAS’s proposal amount of $143,587 for\nConstruction Management, Inspection and Material testing Services for the Mount Baldy\nCircle and Euclid Street Water Line Replacement Project; and,\n4. Approve the Director of Public Works to have a 20% Change Order authority as a one-time\nspecific to this project for unforeseen underground construction.
