I.6 NATIONAL LATINA BUSINESS WOMEN ASSOCIATION MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING – BERC PROGRAMS (REPORT OF: ECONOMIC\nDEVELOPMENT & HOUSING)\nNational Latina Business Women Association Memorandum of Understanding –\nBERC Programs\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Moreno\nValley and the National Latina Business Women Association-Inland Empire Institute\n(NLBWA-IE), allocating $3,000 to support business-related technical assistance\noffered through the Moreno Valley Business and Employment Resource Center\n3\n(BERC).\n2. Authorize the City Manager or an Authorized Representative to execute the MOU,\nincluding future renewals, extensions, and all necessary documents, with the\nNLBWA-IE.
