Award Agreement to Michael Baker International to provide Engineering Design for\nthe Gateway Park Revitalization Project (No. 807 0062);\n2. Authorize the Executive Director and or its designee to execute the Agreement\nwith Michael Baker International in the amount of $149,955.00; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director and or its designee to execute any subsequent\nAmendments to the Agreement with Michael Baker International within Council\napproved budgeted amounts, including the authority to authorize the associated\npurchase orders in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, subject to the\napproval of the City Attorney.

Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Moreno\nValley and the National Latina Business Women Association-Inland Empire Institute\n(NLBWA-IE), allocating $3,000 to support business-related technical assistance\noffered through the Moreno Valley Business and Employment Resource Center\n3\n(BERC).\n2.
