I.10 AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN\nSERVICES TO MICHAEL BAKER INTERNATIONAL FOR THE GATEWAY PARK\nREVITALIZATION PROJECT 807 0062 (REPORT OF: PARKS AND COMMUNITY\nSERVICES)\nAward Agreement for Engineering Design Services to Michael Baker International for\nthe Gateway Park Revitalization Project (807 0062).\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Award Agreement to Michael Baker International to provide Engineering Design for\nthe Gateway Park Revitalization Project (No. 807 0062);\n2. Authorize the Executive Director and or its designee to execute the Agreement\nwith Michael Baker International in the amount of $149,955.00; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director and or its designee to execute any subsequent\nAmendments to the Agreement with Michael Baker International within Council\napproved budgeted amounts, including the authority to authorize the associated\npurchase orders in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, subject to the\napproval of the City Attorney.
