APPROVAL OF A TRANSFER AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR THE RECEIPT OF SAFE CLEAN\nWATER PROGRAM FUNDS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 THROUGH FY\n2027-28\nThe City Council is requested to approve a new transfer agreement with the\nCounty of Los Angeles Flood Control District to receive funds from the Safe Clean\nWater Program.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a Transfer Agreement between the City and the County of Los\nAngeles Flood Control District for the receipt of Safe Clean Water Program\nFunds; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Transfer Agreement.
