D. FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MV CHENG &\nASSOCIATES INC. FOR CONTINUED FINANCIAL SERVICES AND TRANSITION\nSUPPORT\nThe City Council is requested to approve an amendment to the services\nagreement with MV Cheng and Associates for assistance with financial services\nand transition support.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the First Amendment to the services agreement with MV\nCheng & Associates Inc. to continue assistance with financial services, year-\nend audit preparation, and transition of duties to the incoming Administrative\nServices Director, for a total amount of $75,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment with MV Cheng &\nAssociates Inc. on behalf of the City.
