7) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HABITAT FOR\nHUMANITY OF GREATER LOS ANGELES TO ADMINISTER A HOME REHABILITATION PROGRAM\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. 2287) with Habitat for Humanity\nof Greater Los Angeles, in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000, to establish a Home\nRehabilitation Program for a term of one year. The agreement may be extended by the City\nsubject to its same terms and conditions for a maximum of two (2) additional one-year\nextension terms, provided the City issues written notice of its intent to extend; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantial edits and execute all\nrelated documents.
