APPROVAL OF FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION\nPAYMENT SCHEDULE (ROPS) FOR SUBMITTAL TO THE DEPARTMENT\nOF FINANCE - Pursuant to HSC section 34177 (o)(1), Successor Agencies shall submit\nan Oversight Board approved annual ROPS to the Department of Finance and the County\nAuditor-Controller by February 1, 2016, and each February 1 thereafter.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council acting as the Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency adopt\na resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Recognized Obligation Payments\nSchedule for submittal to the Department of Finance.
