5) CONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT THE DONATION FROM ASSEMBLYMEMBER LUZ RIVAS OF A\nMEMORIAL SIGN FOR THE PACOIMA WASH PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE\nRecommend that the City Council accept the donation from Assemblymember Luz Rivas of a\nmemorial sign dedicating the Pacoima Wash Pedestrian Bridge to the memory of Elias\nRodriguez and authorize staff to install the sign as part of the Pacoima Wash Bikeway Project.
