Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of El Segundo and the\nEl Segundo City Employees’ Association, American Federation of State,\nCounty, and Municipal Employees, Local 3519 Bargaining Unit and\nAmendment to the City Contributions for California Public Employees'\nRetirement System Medical Premiums\nRecommendation -\n1. Adopt a resolution approving and adopting the memorandum of\nunderstanding between the City of El Segundo and the El Segundo City\nEmployees’ Association's American Federation of State, County, and\nMunicipal Employees, Local 3519 Bargaining Unit.\n2. Adopt a resolution amending the City contributions for California Public\nEmployees' Retirement System medical premiums pursuant to the\nmemorandum of understanding between the City of El Segundo and the\nbargaining unit.\n3. Appropriate $815,330 from the General Fund reserves to the various FY\n2024-25 salaries and wages budget expenditure accounts.\n4. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.\n6
