Read by title only, waive further reading, and introduce the proposed\nordinance amending El Segundo Municipal Code Titles 7, 9, and 10 to\nestablish camping and associated regulations on public property and\nrules of conduct for the El Segundo Public Library and find that such\nactions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act,\npursuant to Guidelines §§ 15060(c)(3), 15061(b)(3), and 15378.\n2. Direct staff to schedule a second reading of the ordinance for the regular\nSeptember 17, 2024 City Council meeting or as soon thereafter it may be\nconsidered.\n3.
