10) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A TRANSFER AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES FLOOD\nCONTROL DISTRICT FOR THE DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS FOR THE SAFE, CLEAN WATER –\nMUNICIPAL PROGRAM\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve Transfer Agreement No. 2024MP68 with the Los Angeles Flood Control District\n(Contract No. 2288) for the disbursement of funds for the Safe, Clean Water – Municipal\nProgram; and\nb.
