12) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO\nTREEPEOPLE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PROJECT REPORTING, GRANT COORDINATION,\nCOMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, AND LANDSCAPE PLANTING AND ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE\nCARLISLE GREEN ALLEY PROJECT\nRecommend that the City Council:\nSpecial and Regular Meeting Notice and Agenda – September 3, 2024\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement to TreePeople (Contract No. 2286) in an\namount of $270,020, for project management, project reporting, grant coordination,\ncommunity engagement and workshops, and tree and shrub planting and establishment for\nthe Carlisle Green Alley Project; and\nb.
