Approve a Construction Contract with CT&T Concrete Paving, Inc. for the TDA 2021\nTransit Stop Access Improvement Project for an amount not-to-exceed $111,046.65, an\nadditional appropriation of $64,706.65, and determine that the Project is exempt from\nenvironmental review pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the State’s guidelines\nimplementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Municipal Utilities and\nEngineering Director Harris)
