Approve a request for the temporary closure of Clay Street, between Lugonia Avenue\nand Western Avenue, for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Redlands-Riverside Day for\nKids event on September 21, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; approve In-kind request\nfor $300.00 for staff hours for street closure; and determine that the event is categorically\nexempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15311(c) of the State's guidelines\nimplementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Facilities and Community\nServices Director Crocker)
