Approve an agreement with Hunter Consulting, Inc. doing business as HCI\nEnvironmental & Engineering Service for homeless encampment general clean-up\nservices for an amount not-to-exceed $80,000.00 for a period of one year, and determine\nthat the agreement is not subject to environmental review pursuant to Section 15301 of\nthe State's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Assistant\nCity Manager Boatman)
