AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT\nWITH INGRAM KERN CONSULTING, LLC\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to existing Agreement No. 2161-\nA with Ingram Kern Consulting, LLC (“IK Consulting”) to increase the contract by $73,500\nfor a total not to exceed amount of $207,920 for professional services related to upgrades\nto Accela, the City’s permitting system; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
