3-E. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH COSTAR\nREALTY INFORMATION, INC. FOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DATA SUBSCRIPTION\nSERVICES\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to retroactively execute an agreement with CoStar Realty\nInformation Inc. (CoStar), in a form approved by the City Attorney, for an annual\nsubscription to utilize its commercial real estate data services costing approximately\n$5,040 per year; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
