APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE MONTEREY PARK\nPROFESSIONAL CHIEF OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION MODIFYING MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING LANGUAGE FOR THE TERM OF JULY 1, 2023 TO JUNE 30, 2025\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment between the City of Monterey Park\nand the Monterey Park Professional Chief Officers’ Association (“MPPCOA”) in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
