4. Approval for Procurement of a 2024 Ford Super Duty F-350 Graffiti Truck\nfrom National Auto Fleet Group CIP 24-034-55043\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the purchase of the 2024 Ford Super Duty F-350 DRW\n(F3H) XL Roadline Products Inc. Graffiti Truck through the\nSourcewell Purchasing Cooperative with National Auto Fleet Group,\nin an amount not-to-exceed $149,254.87; and\n2. Authorize the Finance Director to appropriate additional $69,254.87\nfrom Fund 255 â Measure M to Account No. 255-50-590-58110-\n55044; and,\n3. Authorize the Director of Public Works, or his designee, to complete\nall appropriate documentation to complete the purchase.
