Approve the funding transfer of $650,000 from the Infrastructure Reserve Bank\n($450,000) and the General Fund ($200,000) to the City Capital Project fund in FY 2023-24\nfor use on the Residential Street Resurfacing project rather than the Concrete\nRehabilitation project.
