19. FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT –\nCONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION AWARD OF\nCONTRACT\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA. Award the Construction Management and Inspection contract to NV5 in\nthe amount of $168,159; AND\nB. Authorize the Finance Manager to amend the FY 2024-25 budget to\nincrease account number 101-450PWD-6830 by $72,186; AND\nC.
