CONSIDER APPROVAL OF ELIGIBLE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUNDED\nCOMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM APPLICATIONS AND REVISED GRANT\nAPPROVAL PROCESS\nCEQA: Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 15301 and 15331 of\nthe CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nAccept the Grant Review Committee’s recommendation relative to eligibility and funding for\neleven (11) Commercial Rehabilitation Program (“CRP”) projects listed herein and return the\nauthority to approve individual project grant funding to the Grant Review Committee for all\nfuture CRP projects.
