Waive the sealed bidding requirement of Council Policy 4.0 and approve an agreement with\nOrange County Conservation Corps, in an amount not to exceed $150,000, for as-needed\nmechanical brush clearance for a one year period; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or\ndesignee, to exercise up to four one-year optional renewals, subject to available budget\nappropriations.
