Waive the sealed bidding requirement of Council Policy 4.0 and authorize the Purchasing Agent\nto issue a master agreement to ReNewell Fleet Service, LLC, in an amount not to exceed\n$350,000, for Pierce Manufacturing vehicle parts and warranty services for a one year period;\nand authorize the Purchasing Agent to renew the agreement for up to four additional one year\nperiods.
