AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JBA CONSULTING DBA\nNV5 CONSULTANTS FOR INVESTMENT GRADE AUDIT (IGAA) SUPPORT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement 23-\n08 with JBA Consulting dba NV5 Consultants for Investment Grade Audit (IGAA) support in the\namount of $50,380; 2) Authorize a budget transfer in the amount of $50,380 from the\nundesignated General Fund balance to for this purpose; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City\nAttorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the amendment; and 4) Authorize\nthe City Manager and City Clerk to execute the amendment.
