10. Accept Improvements and File the Notice of Completion for Community Recreation Center\nRenovations - Phase 1, PW19-07\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Accept the construction of the Community Recreation Center\nRenovations - Phase 1, PW19-07 as complete; and\n2. Direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion, release the\nPerformance Bond, and accept a one-year Maintenance Bond in the\namount of no less than 10% of the final contract amount; and\n3.
