7. Approve Professional Services Agreements with i) FireMed Consulting, LLC in an amount of\n$100,000 per contract year with a total contract amount not to exceed $500,000, ii) Krista Pope in\nan amount of $100,000 per contract year with a total contract amount not to exceed $500,000,\nand iii) JJ Emergency Training, LLC in an amount of $175,000 per contract year with a total\ncontract amount not to exceed $875,000, for EMS Educator Services each for an initial one year\nterm, with four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Fire Chief, or designee, to execute\nand administer the agreements and extensions.
