13. RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM ratifying and approving the actions of the Anaheim Director of Public Works, or\ndesignee, in submitting a grant application on behalf of the City of Anaheim to the California\nDepartment of Transportation (Caltrans) for the Sustainable Communities Grant for feasibility\nassessment of microtransit options in Anaheim Canyon Specific Plan area and, authorizing the\nacceptance of such grant on behalf of the City and amending the budget accordingly; and,\ndetermine that these actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Guideline Section 15306 (grant funds in the amount of $250,000, with $32,390 local\nmatch).
