AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY REGISTRAR OF VOTERS (OC ROV) FOR A\nPERMANENT BALLOT DROP BOX AT THE METROLINK STATION\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a license agreement with the Orange County Registrar of\nVoters (OC ROV) for the continued installation of a permanent ballot drop box at the Metrolink\nStation; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement; and 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to sign the\nagreement.
