CONSIDERATION OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING DISPOSITION AND\nDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (AHDDA) WITH C&C DEVELOPMENT\nThe City Council will consider approving a Second Amendment to the Disposition and Development\nAgreement with C&C Development concerning the City-owned Property located at 7101 Lincoln\nAvenue, Buena Park, CA.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Second Amendment to the Affordable Housing\nDisposition and Development Agreement with C&C Development to subordinate the City's\nsecurity interest in the property to project loans issued by the County of Orange; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Attorney to finalize and execute a Second Amendment and\ntake related actions to implement the change in lien priority.
