Approve agreements with the California Department of Health Care Services and\nCalOptima in the amount of $694,640 representing $578,867 in unreimbursed\nMedicare revenue plus a $115,773 administration fee, for a one-time\nIntergovernmental Transfer, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute on\nbehalf of the City.\n2.
