PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS UNDER SECTION 147(F) OF THE\nIRS CODE PERTAINING TO TAX-EXEMPT BONDS FOR AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT\nPROPOSED BY C&C DEVELOPMENT AT 7101 LINCOLN AVENUE, CITY OF BUENA PARK\nThe City Council will hold a public hearing and consider making findings pursuant to Section 147(f) of\nthe Internal Revenue Code of 1986 with respect to the issuance by the California Municipal Finance\nAuthority (the “Authority”) of exempt facility bonds for an affordable housing project proposed by\nC&C Development at 7101 Lincoln Avenue, City of Buena Park.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Conduct a public hearing pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal\nRevenue Code of 1986, and after considering testimony or other evidence presented at the\nhearing; and 2) Adopt a resolution approving the issuance of the California Municipal Finance\nAuthority exempt facility bonds for a qualified residential rental project.
