Adopt a resolution approving the execution of a transfer agreement\nbetween the Los Angeles County Flood Control District (District) and the\nCity of Hermosa Beach, Agreement No, 2024MP32 Safe, Clean Water\nProgram—Municipal Program; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to the\nagreement subject to approval by the City Attorney.
