ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE METRO GOLD LINE\nFOOTHILL EXTENSION CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS\nRESOLUTION\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH\nPASADENA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING SPECIFIC REPRESENTATIVES\nTO THE METRO GOLD LINE FOOTHILL CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council adopt a resolution appointing the following to the Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) Gold Line Foothill Extension\nConstruction Authority (Construction Authority) Board of Directors as follows:\n1. City of Glendora Councilmember Mendell Thompson - Voting Board Member for a term\nof two years ending March 1, 2025;\n2. City of Ontario Mayor Paul Leon - Alternate for Voting Board Member for a term of two\nyears ending March 1, 2025; and\n3. Daniel Evans for reappointment as a Non-Voting Board Member for a term of four years\nending March 1, 2027.
